IT.integro was awarded the Fair Play Enterprise title and certificate in the 23rd edition of the national program for companies aimed at the promotion of ethical behavior in business activities. We are also proud to announce the additional distinction winning – Fair Play Debut.
Fair Play title and certificate
The Fair Play Enterprise program is organized by the Institute for Private Enterprise and Democracy and the Polish Chamber of Commerce that has been bringing together enthusiasts of fair enterprise acting for 22 years. More than 200 companies applied for this year’s edition. The title, certificate and additional distinctions were awarded to organizations guided by ethical principles in the following areas: relations with customers and vendors, approach to employees, cooperation with state organizational units and involvement in the life of local communities.
Through a detailed verification of the organization, the “Fair Play Enterprise” 2020 title was granted to IT.integro. The Business Quality Certificate obtained in this way is a significant gratification, which confirms the relevance and validity of the business development in line with ethical standards of fair play. It allows for the creation of a friendly and trustworthy place for employees and customers.
Unique award ceremony
The results of the program were officially announced on Friday, 27 November at the award ceremony. Like most of this year’s events, due to the coronavirus pandemic, a virtual ceremony was held. Key persons involved in the organization of the event attended the ceremony, including The President of the “Fair Play Enterprise” Management Board and the President of the Polish Chamber of Commerce. During the gala, not only companies with the awarded Quality Certificate title were mentioned but also the ones winning additional distinctions. By winning the Fair Play Debut award, we joined the group of companies receiving special recognition.
