You get a complete overview of the exact status of each expense and current approval status. It’s easy to filter and organize the information based on approval status, employee, GL account, job numbers and you can add your own fields so you get the overview you want.
This way, you can easily make sure that all correct data are added to each expense.
Reporting
Reporting mileage is easy. Continia Expense Management is integrated with Google Maps so with a little typing you have entered the addresses you need and the distance is automatically calculated. You get a global address book, auto completion of addresses based on suggested addresses and precisely calculated number of miles or kilometers.

Now expenses paid by cash and mileages registrations are ready for approval. For credit card purchases, you can import the bank account statements of all credit cards which will automatically be assigned the registered receipts from all the expense users
Transactions without any received expenses can be highlighted. Notifications will automatically be sent to the expense users to add the necessary attachments. The formulary for the reminders are already filled in by the information from the credit card transaction so basically the expense user only needs to attach the receipts and they are done. Now all expenses are ready for approval.
End-to-end workflow solution
With Continia Expense Management, you get an end-to-end workflow solution that gives you faster approval time with you back in total control. From the expense control center and Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can easily get a complete overview of all approvals, their status and the current approver. When expenses require attention of an approver, the user will receive an e-mail containing a link to the expenses up for approval.

Using the Continia Web Portal, employees with no access to ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central can approve expenses directly from their web browser on computers or mobile devices.
As the approver, you can see an image of the physical receipt or the mileage route along with a data from Business Central. We provide you with an overview giving you a perfect platform to manage and approve a collection of expenses based on name, date range, travel name and much more.

Approving expenses can also be done directly from within the Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV client. After the expenses are approved, you are able to go through all released expenses before final posting. Our unique digital archive offers you direct access to all expenses from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Posted documents can be accessed using the navigate screen which can be found from the posted expense document, a department code, a GL entry or many other places in the system. In this way, it is easy for a controller, accountant or other relevant persons to get access to needed documentation.
